The Saigon turtoise beetles, Lema saigonensis ด้วงเต่าเวียดนาม ชื่อมาไกลแต่พบที่จังหวัดตราด เป็นด้วงเต่าสีสวยงามชนิดหนึ่ง

        Male, head, prothorax, antennae and legs light yellow, elytra brownish yellow, pronotum with two pair of black spots near the front and behind angles, elyton with numerous row of puctures longitudinally, marked with black, U-shaped behind scutellum almost reach the margin and reach the suture, and a broad black spot at apex. Length is about 45-70 mm. Female, is slightly darker reddish-yellow, pronotum and elytra unicolor, slightly darker reddish-brown on elytra, without black markings. Distribution: Vietnam, Laos and Thailand. Photos were taken from Trat Province on 1 May 2002. The key used in the reference is fit to the female, but nothing mentioned for the sex dimorphism.
        ด้วงเต่าเวียดนาม เพศผู้มีสีเหลืองอ่อน ปีกสีน้ำตาลอ่อนปนเหลือง ปีกมีรอยจุดแทงเป็นแนวตามความยาวหลายแนว มีจุดสีดำ 2 คู่ที่สันหลังอกใกล้มุมหน้าและหลัง ปีกแต่ละข้างมีจุดเป็นรูปตัว U หลังใกล้ฐานปีก ขอบด้านข้างไม่ถึงขอบปีกด้านข้าง แต่ถึงเส้นกลางปีก และมีจุดใหญ่ที่ปลายปีก แผ่กว้างเกือบถึงเส้นกลางปีก ขนาดลำตัวยาว 45-70 มิลลิเมตร เพศเมียมีเส้นเข้มกว่าเล็กน้อย โดยมีปีกสีแดงอมน้ำตาล ทั้งสันหลังอกและปีกไม่มีแต้มสีดำ เขตแพร่กระจายพบในเวียดนาม ลาว และไทย ภาพถ่ายจากจังหวัดตราด 1 พฤษภาคม 2545
